Building 

It normally takes about 12 months for a new villa to be completed, fitted out and connected to the utilities – although smaller villas we have completed in under 6 months. We have a team of artisans with whom we have worked for a number of years and can offer our own warranty (apart from that of the architect) that the villa will be completed on time.

Our Package

We offer a complete package with “no hidden extras”. Thus all planning permissions, taxes, national insurance and legal fees are included in the quote we give you. We also look after all of the paperwork – something which many prospective buyers forget (or their agents/ builders do conveniently do not tell them !)
 

Fitting out 

If you are looking for the villa as simply an investment, then we can also do all the fitting out, purchase all the electrical appliances and furnish the villa.

Garden 

The character of a villa can often be established by its garden. We have experts to advise you about the right plants to put in which flourish in our warmer climate, and we can install a complete garden, including watering system

Swimming Pool

For many clients a swimming pool is an absolute necessity and we can have a large experienced company , which can build a pool from the smallest to most exacting specifications
